2. Using the site
Browse, order and share for personal or ordinary business use. Do not scrape the catalogue, reuse our photography commercially, order under a false identity, or interfere with other customers. You are responsible for activity under any account you open.
Checkout details must be true and current, and the delivery address must be one a freight vehicle can reach.
3. Prices and tax

4. Payment
UPI prepaid or Cash on Delivery only. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal or any third-party wallet, and we neither collect nor store card details.
5. Orders we may decline
Your order is an offer; the contract forms when we confirm dispatch. Until then we may decline for stock damage, a pricing error, unverifiable payment, a PIN code outside the freight network, or an address outside India. Anything paid is refunded in full within 5 to 7 business days.
6. Assembly, loading and safety
Units are supplied flat-packed for self-assembly by a competent adult. Follow the enclosed instructions, use the supplied fixings, observe the stated per-shelf load, and anchor tall units to the wall. We are not liable for injury or damage arising from incorrect assembly, overloading, or a tall unit left unanchored.
7. Delivery, cancellation and returns
Set out on the Shipping, Cancellation and Refund & Returns pages, which form part of these Terms. Returns run 7 days from delivery on unassembled goods; refunds process within 12 business days.
8. Descriptions, finish and grain
We state dimensions, material and load as accurately as we can. Wood grain and laminate tone vary between production batches and photograph differently under studio light. Where a listing carries an error we correct it and you may cancel the affected order for a full refund.
9. Intellectual property
Text, layout, photography and logo belong to Tavora Pavilion, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. A listing quoting a dimension, board thickness or standard fitting is describing the goods, not claiming association with any other company.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law the site and goods are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Tavora Pavilion is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss — including lost profit, lost data or business interruption — whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory.
