Tavora Pavilion takes two forms of payment, holds no card data, and shows the delivery charge before you commit. Here is how both routes work on a furniture order.
The options
UPI prepaid and Cash on Delivery. Both appear at checkout where your PIN code is serviceable; neither adds a fee. Prices are in Indian Rupees with applicable taxes included.
UPI
Approve the collect request in Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or BHIM. It clears in seconds, and prepaid orders are scheduled onto the freight run sooner because we do not need to hold cash handling for the driver.
Cash on Delivery
Pay the driver on arrival. On a large order that is a substantial amount of cash to have ready — count it before the vehicle arrives, and remember you may inspect the carton before you pay. COD is free on serviceable PIN codes; a few remote ones are prepaid-only.
Not accepted
We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal or any wallet other than UPI. No such option exists at checkout and we never store card numbers, CVV codes or bank credentials. Anyone asking you to pay another way is not us.
GST
Tavora Pavilion is a small individual seller operating below the GST registration threshold, so no separate GST is charged or collected and no GSTIN appears on your invoice.
Delivery charge
Free from ₹5,999; a flat ₹199 below that, shown on the payment screen before you confirm.
Refunds
To the original UPI account, or by bank transfer for Cash on Delivery. Cancellation refunds take 5 to 7 business days; refunds after a furniture return take 12 business days because the unit is inspected first. Both follow Reserve Bank of India guidance for online refunds.
