Measured the alcove and the six-tier will not fit? While the cartons are still in Hyderabad, cancelling is free and takes one email. Once furniture is on a freight vehicle it cannot be recalled, so the window matters more here than on a parcel order.

When it closes
Units are picked, checked and edge-protected within 1–3 business days. Until the consignment is handed to the transport partner and a docket number exists, you can stop it. After that it is on a vehicle leaving Hyderabad and the Refund & Returns Policy takes over.
How to cancel
Email [email protected], subject Order Cancellation plus the order number, from the address you checked out with. We answer inside a working day during Monday – Saturday, 11:30 AM – 9:30 PM IST. Sunday, 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM IST.
Not by phone, WhatsApp or social media — we cannot verify who is asking on those channels.
Dropping one unit from a multi-item order
Tell us which line to remove and we re-cube the consignment. Where a flat ₹199 delivery charge applied it is refunded in proportion, and if the remaining order drops below ₹5,999 we absorb the difference rather than re-billing you.
Changing the order
Wrong finish, wrong address, or you want the five-tier instead of the six? Email inside the same 1–3 business days window with subject Order Modification. Address changes depend on freight serviceability; price differences are confirmed by email before we act.
Where the money goes
- UPI: back to the account you paid from, normally within 5 to 7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery: nothing was charged, so nothing is refunded.
- Delivery charge: a flat ₹199 is refunded with the order.
When we cancel
Stock damaged in the warehouse, a display price error, unverifiable payment, a PIN code outside the freight network, or an address outside India — we ship within India only. Every case gets an email with the reason and a full refund within 5 to 7 business days.
Already on the vehicle
Refuse the consignment at the door and it comes back to us for a refund under the Refund & Returns Policy, or accept it and open a return within 7 days with the cartons unopened. Approved refunds then take 12 business days.
Escalation
Unhappy with the outcome? Write again marking it for the Grievance Officer. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 30 days, as required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000). Indian law governs this policy; disputes go to the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
