Furniture delivery needs a working phone number more than most orders do, because a driver has to reach you. Beyond that we keep as little as possible. This explains what Tavora Pavilion holds, why, who else sees it, and how you have it deleted, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP 2023) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000).
What we collect
- Name, delivery address, PIN code, phone number and email address.
- Access notes you give us — lift size, gate timings, a landmark for the driver.
- Order history: items, dates and amounts.
- Your emails and our replies.
- Anonymous page and device counts.
Card numbers, CVV codes, UPI PINs and bank credentials are never collected or stored. We do not process cards at all.
Why
To prepare and deliver the consignment, give the transport partner an address and a number that works, answer questions and handle returns or replacement requests, and detect fraudulent ordering. No advertising profiles, and nothing sold, rented or traded.
Who else sees it
The transport partner handling your consignment receives your name, address, phone number and any access note. The UPI provider receives the amount and reference only. Our email host stores your messages. Nothing else leaves us, save a lawful request from an Indian authority.
Cookies
Functional cookies keep your cart and session; simple analytics cookies count visits. Blocking them leaves the site readable with a forgetful cart. No third-party advertising cookies run here.
Retention
Order and delivery records for as long as Indian tax and consumer-protection rules require, then deleted. Support email for two years. Analytics aggregated with nothing pointing back to you.
Your rights
Under DPDP 2023 you may request a copy, corrections, deletion where no legal duty requires retention, and withdrawal of consent for anything not needed to complete an order. Write from the address on the order; we act within 30 days, free of charge.
Security
Encrypted connection, administrative access limited to the people running the shop, and no payment data on our servers because we take UPI and Cash on Delivery only. A breach affecting your data would be reported to you and the relevant authority as DPDP 2023 requires.
Children
Orders are for customers aged 18 and over — this is self-assembly furniture with fixings and anchoring requirements. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Grievance Officer
Data complaints go to our Grievance Officer, appointed under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and DPDP 2023. Write to [email protected] with “Grievance” in the subject, or post to 5-8-9/13, sreemanth Commercial Complex, opp Andhra Bank, Tavora Pavilion Station Road, Hyderabad, Telangana 500001, India. Acknowledged within 24 hours, resolved within 30 days.
