What do you sell?
Open shelving and storage: three-, five- and six-tier bookcases, ladder shelves, rotating units, console and entryway tables, and a kids’ storage organiser with bins. Flat-packed, self-assembly, shipped across India. We are online-only — there is no showroom.
How much weight will a shelf hold?
Each listing states the per-shelf load. As a rule, engineered-wood shelves on a metal frame take considerably more than a wide unsupported span of the same board. Books are the heaviest thing most people put on a shelf: a full metre of hardbacks is roughly 25 kg, so read the figure before you load the middle tier.
Do I have to fix it to the wall?
Any unit taller than it is wide should be anchored, and several ship with an anti-toppling kit for that reason. If yours does not include one and the shelf is tall, buy a bracket — this is a safety point, not an upsell. Never let a child climb an unanchored bookcase.
How hard is assembly?
Two people, a Phillips screwdriver, an hour or so for a five-tier. Fixings and instructions are in the carton. Lay panels on the flattened box rather than on the floor to avoid scratching the laminate, and do not fully tighten anything until the frame is square.
What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Free over ₹5,999, flat ₹199 below. Order before 3:00 PM IST on a working day, we prepare it within 1–3 business days, and freight transit runs 5–12 business days — most orders arrive within 6–15 business days. Bulky consignments travel with a dedicated transport partner who calls to agree a slot.
Will they carry it upstairs?
No. Delivery is kerbside or to your door. Measure your lift, stairwell and doorway against the carton size on the listing before ordering — a 190 cm flat carton does not turn on a tight landing.
How can I pay?
UPI or Cash on Delivery only. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal or third-party wallets, so no such option appears at checkout.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Within 7 days of delivery, unassembled and in the original carton with all fixings and foam. Return freight on a change of mind is yours, quoted before anything moves. Approved refunds are processed within 12 business days.
It arrived damaged — what do I do?
Record an unboxing video at delivery, note the damage on the driver’s sheet, and email us within 48 hours. That covers cracked panels, chipped edges, missing fixings and wrong items: replacement or full refund at no transport cost to you. This is a damaged-or-defective-on-arrival guarantee from us as the seller — it is not a six-month warranty, and we make no manufacturer warranty claim on your behalf.
