Flat-pack furniture can be returned, but only before it is built. You have 7 days from delivery, the cartons need to be intact, and anything that arrived damaged is handled on a 48-hour video route instead.

What can go back

Unassembled units in their original cartons with all fixings, protective foam and the invoice. A repacked box with the polystyrene missing will not survive the return journey, so we cannot accept it.

What cannot

  • Anything assembled, part-assembled or drilled.
  • Units cut, stained or modified to your specification.
  • Clearance stock.

None of this applies where the fault was present on arrival.

Damaged, defective, wrong or missing

Record an unboxing video at the point of delivery and send it within 48 hours if a panel is cracked, a laminate edge is chipped, fixings are missing, or we sent the wrong unit. Note the damage on the delivery sheet as well. With that video we replace the panel or the whole unit, or refund in full, at no transport cost to you.

How to open one

Email [email protected] with the order number and one line about the problem, from the address you ordered with. We reply within a working day and book the collection.

Who pays the freight

Our fault — damaged, wrong or incomplete — we pay both legs. Changed your mind on an unopened carton, the return freight is yours, and we quote it before anything moves so there are no surprises.

Refund timing

Bulky returns are inspected on arrival at our end. Approved refunds are processed within 12 business days — longer than a parcel shop, because the unit has to travel back and be checked. UPI payments return to the same account; Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.

Missing fixings

Do not send a whole bookcase back for a missing bolt. Tell us which part number is short and we post it, usually within a couple of days. That is faster for you and cheaper for everyone.

Before dispatch

If the order has not shipped, the Cancellation Policy applies instead: free, and the money is back with you in 5 to 7 business days.
